These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.threec.in and all related products, services, and features offered by ThreeC (Trueness Wellness Pvt. Ltd.) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (including name, email, shipping, and billing details) and to keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colors, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates.

We reserve the right to:

Modify product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.
Discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after:

Successful payment, and
Confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

Suspected fraud,
Stock unavailability,
Incorrect pricing or information, or
Policy violations.

In such cases, any payment will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated.
Shipping, taxes, and fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Prices and offers may change without notice.
You agree to provide valid payment details.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made at delivery. Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines displayed are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, strikes, weather, or unforeseen events.
Once dispatched, risk and title transfer to you.
For damaged, missing, or wrong products, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Trial Pack Policy

Trial Packs (Free + Shipping) are strictly limited to one unit per customer.

Trial Packs are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

If multiple Trial Packs are ordered in a single order or across multiple orders, ThreeC reserves the right to:
- Cancel the additional quantities, or
- Ship only one unit per customer, or
- Cancel the entire order and process a refund at our discretion.
Shipping charges paid for Trial Packs are non-refundable once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Full-size products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped.

7. Personal Use

All products sold are intended for personal use only, not for resale or commercial distribution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, logos, images, product names, and designs — are the property of ThreeC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our site may use third-party tools (e.g., Shopify apps, payment gateways) and link to external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or actions of such third parties.

Your use of these tools or sites is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual results may vary.

Except as required by law, all products and services are provided “as is” without any warranties — express or implied — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreeC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

Use or inability to use our website or products,
Errors, delays, or inaccuracies,
Unauthorized access or alterations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThreeC (Trueness Wellness Pvt. Ltd.), its directors, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims or demands arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our website.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

Both parties hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

For the purposes of enforcement of any judgment or award, the parties agree that the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
