ThreeC Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ThreeC, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure you have a great experience with us.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped.

To cancel, email us at hello@threec.in with your order details.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery when it arrives. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll process your refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment is required at the time of refusal.

2. Return & Refund Policy

A. 10-Day Hair Serum Trial Pack (Free + Shipping Offer)

  • Trial Packs (Free + Shipping) are strictly limited to one unit per customer.

Trial Packs are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

If multiple Trial Packs are ordered in a single order or across multiple orders, ThreeC reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the additional quantities, or

  • Ship only one unit per customer, or

  • Cancel the entire order and process a refund at our discretion.

Shipping charges paid for Trial Packs are non-refundable once the order has been processed and dispatched.

B. Full-Size Products (Hair Serum, Vitamins, Shampoo)

We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on full-size products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, even if partially used.

  • A valid proof of purchase, including Order ID, is required.

  • The product must not be intentionally damaged or tampered with.

Refund Review & Approval

All refund requests are subject to review and verification by ThreeC.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests if the eligibility criteria are not met, or if misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at hello@threec.in within the applicable return window.
  • Our team will verify eligibility and arrange a pickup from your address.
  • Please pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll initiate your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us.

4. Damages & Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@threec.in with photos. We’ll replace or reship the correct item at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
