At ThreeC, we’re committed to delivering your hair care products and supplements quickly, safely, and reliably to your doorstep.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Within India
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other locations: 4–7 business days
Please note: In rare cases (such as weather disruptions, courier delays, strikes, or remote areas), delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address,
- Failed delivery attempts, or
- Refusal to accept the package,
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Our services are limited to deliveries within India.
